John Biggs

John Biggs AMI am the elected member of the London Assembly for City and East London.  I represent about 650,000 people across Barking & Dagenham the City, Newham and Tower Hamlets.  I work closely with the Police, Transport for London, MPs and Councillors and continue to press the Mayor to ensure that the voice of local people is heard where it matters most.

When I talk to residents about my work on the London Assembly, although they want to hear about big projects like Crossrail or the Olympics, they are also interested in local issues like buses, or the number of police, or whether we are doing enough to help bring jobs and opportunities to the neighbourhood.  It is these important issues that come together to make London our home, our place of work, and our place of leisure.

Please send your feedback, comments and suggestions about the local issues that are important to you, by using the contact link on this website.
