Boris Johnson bonus attack "contrived and opportunistic"
Responding to Boris Johnson's reported criticism of RBS's decision to award Stephen Hester a bonus of almost £1 million, Labour's leader on the London Assembly, Len Duvall, said: "People should remember that Boris Johnson is the bankers' mayor. They back him with money and he backs them with unflinching political support. This contrived and opportunistic attack on one man's bonus, months away from a mayoral election, won't fool anybody."
